1. Order Cancellation and Refunds

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase to ensure accuracy.

2. Refunds for Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund for the product cost (not including shipping fees). To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • You must provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item(s) and the packaging (if applicable).

Once we review your request and confirm the issue, we will process a refund for the product cost.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that all items are non-refundable once the order is placed, except for the cases mentioned above. Shipping costs are not refundable.

4. Refund Process

  • If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5-7 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment processor.

5. Return Shipping Costs

In the case of a damaged or defective product, Maverick Garage will cover the return shipping costs. If you are requesting a refund for a non-defective item, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
